DELIVERY METHODS

1. Delivery by Nova Poshta
Delivery is carried out to locality where are placed branches or parcel-lockers of Nova Poshta, exept occupied territories and war zones.

Delivery terms
We offer ultra-fast delivery from book.ua and Nova Poshta. We'll deliver online orders across Ukraine for 24 hours. Orders placed in Kyiv in the first part of the day will be delivered in the evening on the same day.

Order storage
The storage period of parcel at the Nova Poshta branch is 6 days. On the 7th day, the order is returned to book.ua.
Storage of orders in parcel-locker — 3 days. After that, the parcel is automatically forwarded to the nearest Nova Poshta branch. You have additional 7 days to receive your order at the branch. After this parcel will be send to the book.ua warehouse.

Delivery cost
- parcel-locker – 50 UAH.
- branch – 55 UAH.
- courier – 90 UAH.

2. Self-pickup
We will deliver online orders for free to the Bookstore Cafes book.ua, subject to full payment on the website. Orders will waiting on the spot within 5 days, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Pickup points:
- Bookstore Cafe on Golden Gate, st. Mykola Lysenko 2/1;
- Bookstore Cafe on Nyvky district, "Faina Town" housing complex, str. Salyutna 2.

WAYS OF PAYMENT

1. By credit card on the website. We accept Mastercard and Visa cards issued by any world's bank. You can use for convenience GooglePay and ApplePay contactless payment. Client doesn't pay commission for the payment on the website.

2. Upon receipt. By cash or card on branches or for couriers of Nova Poshta. Customer pays only the cost of the product and delivery. The commission of transfer of funds is paid by book.ua.

3. By payment details of the legal entity. Contact to our bookkeeping support to obtain an invoice for your company.
