Return of goods

If you received a product of improper quality, we are ready to exchange it or refund the money. Books of proper quality are not subject to return according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" dated March 19, 1994 p. No. 172".

Goods with polygraphic defects are subject to return and replacement:
- missing, empty or upside-down pages;
- another publishing defect that affects to the reading of book.

If you find damaged package that has spoiled the product inside, take a photo of the parcel and damage and contact to us.
