All shipments are carried out by the logistics company Nova Poshta. Delivery takes place in all settlements of Ukraine, except for temporarily occupied territories and combat zones. Also self-pickup from book.ua bookstores and cafes is possible, provided full payment is made on the website.

We offer fast delivery from book.ua and Nova Poshta. We deliver online orders across Ukraine within 1-2 days. Orders within Kyiv and self-pickup are delivered within 24 hours.

- to the parcel-locker – 55 UAH. Free delivery for orders over 500 UAH.

- to the branch – 60 UAH.

- by courier – 90 UAH.

If you find damaged package that has spoiled the product inside, take a photo of the parcel and damage and contact to our book support.

By card on the website. We accept Mastercard and Visa cards issued by any bank in the world. For convenience, you can use contactless Google Pay and Apple Pay payments. The client doesn't pay a commission for payment on the site.
Upon receipt. In Nova Poshta branches or couriers - in cash or by card. When receiving the parcel being in parcel-locker - by card at Nova Poshta application. The client pays only the cost of the goods and delivery. The commission for money transfer is paid by book.ua

We are sincerely happy when you give books to your family, friends and colleagues! For we have added the field "Recipient will be another person" to the order form - this is a convenient and easy feature on our site.

The following products with printing defects are subject to return and replacement:
- missing, blank, or flipped pages;
- another publishing defect, which affects the reading of the book.
Take a photo of the defect and contact our bookstore support. We will offer you to exchange the product for the same item of proper quality or make a full refund.
