LOGISTICAL
Which postal operator does the delivery?
All shipments are carried out by the logistics company Nova Poshta. Delivery is taking place in all regions of Ukraine, except temporarily occupied territories and war zones. Self-pickup is possible from book.ua Bookstore Cafes with full payment on our website.

How soon will my order arrive?
We offer ultra-fast delivery from book.ua and Nova Poshta. We'll deliver online orders across Ukraine for 24 hours. Orders placed in Kyiv in the first part of the day will be delivered in the evening on the same day.

What is the cost of the parcel?
- parcel-locker – 50 UAH.
- branch – 55 UAH.
- courier – 90 UAH.

What to do if the package is damaged?
If you find damaged package that has spoiled the product inside, take a photo of the parcel and damage and contact to our book support.

ORDERS
How can I pay for my order?
By credit card on the website. We accept Mastercard and Visa cards issued by any world's bank. You can use for convenience GooglePay and ApplePay contactless payment. Client doesn't pay commission for the payment on the website.
Upon receipt. By cash or card on branches or for couriers of Nova Poshta. Customer pays only the cost of the product and delivery. The commission of transfer of funds is paid by book.ua.
By payment details of the legal entity. Contact to our book support to obtain an invoice for your company.

Is it possible to make a gift order for another person?
We are sincerely happy when you give books to your relatives, friends and colleagues!
To do this, we added the field "The recipient will be another person" in the order form - this is a convenient and easy function on our website.

I received a defective product - what should I do?
Products with polygraphic defects are subject to return and replacement:
- missing, blank or upside-down pages;
- another publishing defect that affects the reading of the book.
Take a photo of the defect and contact our book support. We will offer you an exchange for the same item of the same quality or a full refund.

Is it possible to return a book ordered by mistake?
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" dated March 19, 1994 No. 172" — printed editions of appropriate quality are not subject to return. In addition to cases of polygraphic defects and damage due to proper transportation by the carrier.

Is it possible to hold an event at your location?
We will gladly provide book.ua space for book presentations and meetings with authors. If you have a book club, come to us with like-minded people to talk about what are you reading about with cup of coffee and surrounded by books.

How do Bookstore Cafes works during air raids and blackouts?
We care about your safety and strongly recommend you to stay in the shelters during an air raid alert. The Bookstore Cafes will continue to operate, except in cases of mass shelling of the city.

We have uninterrupted power supply and working generators to keep our locations running. Therefore, if you need place where you can work, drink coffee or just eat, we'll be glad to see you in our Bookstore Cafes on the Golden Gate and in the Faina Town residential complex.

How does it work?
You can easily register in your personal account using your phone number, Google or Facebook account.
The status of your orders and purchase history are available in it. There is convenient interface for mobile version. So, you will have all necessary information at hand in the phone.
It's like the Nova Poshta application, but for the books :)
