This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for collecting, using and disclosing information when visiting our website at the link https://book.ua / (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

Personal data means information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.

Personal data administrator is an individual or legal person who is granted the right by the owner of Personal data or by law to process this data on behalf of the owner.

Personal data subject is an individual whose Personal data is processed.

Third party means any person, with the exception of Personal data subject, the owner or administrator of Personal data and the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, to whom the owner or Personal data administrator transfers Personal data.

2. Rights of the Personal data subject.

According to the Law of Ukraine "On personal data protection", a Personal data subject has the following rights:

1) be aware of the sources of collection, location of their Personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or administrator of Personal data, or give appropriate instructions to obtain this information to persons authorized by them, except in cases established by law;

2) receive information about the conditions for granting access to Personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his Personal data is transferred;

3) access to your Personal data;

4) receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except in cases provided for by law, a response on whether his Personal data is being processed, as well as receive the content of such Personal data;

5) submit a reasoned request to the owner of Personal data with an objection to the processing of their Personal data;

6) submit a reasoned request for modification or destruction of their Personal data by any owner and Personal data administrator , if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;

7) protect their Personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect them from providing information that is unreliable or discredits the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual;

8) file complaints about the processing of your Personal data with the Commissioner or the court;

9) apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on Personal Data Protection;

10) make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process your Personal data when providing consent;

11) withdraw consent to the processing of Personal data;

12) know the mechanism of automatic processing of Personal data;

13) protection against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him.

3. Collection, use and exchange of information.

We are the owners and managers of Personal data collected on the Site. We only access or collect Personal data that you provide voluntarily when using the Site, such as when registering on the Site, filling out feedback forms, or contacting us.
